Spacious, Fully furnished 2 bedroom/ 2 Bathroom, with a balcony /patio. king size bed for master room, 43" smart tv and private bathroom, 2 full size beds in the guest room and 32" smart tv. (also a queen size air mattress per request).

The apartment is conveniently situated near braves stadium, Coca Cola Roxy, Cumberland Mall and lots of great restaurants and attractions to visit.

Truist Park minutes away

This is an amazing property. Plenty of space for a family of four. A great surprise was having two queen beds in the second bedroom. The pool was a great place to relax. Will plan on staying here again if we come back to the area.

Cleanliness in question

Our first steps into the house, we came across the first small roach, which we killed. Our whole stay we encountered about 10. The home had that old house smell. We had to rewash all the utensils, dishes and pans as they had old food on them.

BOOK IT! Really clean apartment. Parking was easy no fighting over spaces. If you are attending an event at Truist Park it is literally a 3 minute walk, with easy access through the back of the property. Will definitely book this again!!

Very conflicted about this review

Pros: Someone did an excellent job with decor and providing little details like snacks, umbrellas, water, games, and books. The unit was also VERY clean which meant a lot too us. The beds were very comfortable. Good communication. Cons: The updated floors are not level and change angle from one room to the next. The bathrooms are claustrophobic with extremely low ceilings and an old flaking textured ceiling that’s very close to your head. The floor trim looks like it was installed by a child with a caulk gun. Paint is also slopped and spattered on doors and walls. The water pressure is hardly enough to get wet in the shower. You can hear upstairs neighbors walking up and down the halls like it’s in your unit. My husband and I got up several times to check and see if the kids were awake because it was so loud. The towels were thin and some still had plastic tags still in them. The photos made it look like it was right down at the Battery at the Braves stadium, but when we put in walking directions from our phones it was 21 min away. We also had to buy different toilet paper, that wasn’t scratchy, and tissues (none were provided.) Who is this unit good for? If you are really on a budget, it was clean and comfortable, but have low expectations as to overall aesthetic. If you are in college, or youth group, or a bunch of dudes on a guy trip, it could work. If you are used to low budget hotels this will work for you. If they fix the trim and paint and scrape and repaint ceilings

Okay for money

This property offers good value for the money, though it is somewhat dated. The apartment complex shows signs of wear and tear typical of older buildings. On a positive note, the property was clean, and the master bedroom featured a comfortable bed. However, the water pressure in the shower was inadequate, which detracted from the overall experience. Communication with the property owner was satisfactory. Overall, while this property didn't fully meet my personal preferences for more modern accommodations, its location within walking distance of the Battery was quite convenient.

Atlanta Braves Getaway

We were looking for a reasonably priced getaway for our trip to see the Atlanta Braves to play. We were getting tired of the hotel stays. Truly enjoyed our stay here. The hostess was very helpful and responsive. Great distance to the ballpark. The walk includes two short steep hills but so easily doable. Would stay here again!

The property was super clean, quiet space. The parking was available directly out front. The complex was very easy to get too. The apartment had cute decorations, nice snacks were left by host, shampoo, conditioner, lotions were also available. The description was very accurate. Very quick walk to the battery for braves game. Very easy to connect to host for questions.

Perfect for Braves game

Loved the unit. Beds are cozy and unit is well decorated and stocked. Perfect location for a Braves trip. Great communication from the owner. Only negative totally not the owners fault...other tenants didn't seem to like our Ohio State decal on our truck. Will definitely stay again.
