Two story townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. This unit features comfortable beds, new hardwood floors, granite countertops and new HVAC. Well equipped kitchen and large washer/dryer. Stratford Green is an exclusive community in Avondale Estates just 2 miles from downtown Decatur and 1 mile from Marta train station (10 min walk) and on Marta bus line, (3 miles from Emory, CDC and Dekalb Medical Center). This is a family friendly neighborhood with a large number of Emory and GSU students. The iconic Dekalb Farmers Market is 5 minutes. Atlanta is 15 minutes away with fantastic culture and southern atmosphere. Check out the Awesome new "Town Green" that is minutes away.

Very nice property. Very well equipped in kitchen and overall supplies. Conveniently located in quiet complex near Avondale Estates downtown with nice food and drink options. Also located near many Emory and other places. Owner responsive . Will return.
