Great room but thin walls
The room was really great and contained all the amenities you need for a short or long term stay. The bed was really comfortable as well. The down side is that the walls are very thin and I could hear conversations next door and often heard heavy footsteps and banging upstairs. Additionally, the elevator consistently smelled like marijuana.

It was not as clean as it could have been and very thin walls. They did provide earplugs and a noise machine. I was given a room on a wing that was under construction and they quickly moved me and that was wonderful

Other than the Midtown Atlanta location being convenient for work, unfortunately I can't list any other positives. There was furniture in the lobby, common room on our floor, and in our room that was dirty. The mirrors in the bathrooms were not cleaned. The carpets had debris on them in some areas. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Our washing machine didn't work, which I was notified of through email. I was told I would receive notice of the repairman's visit. When the time came, I received a phone call saying the repairman was there - no notice. We weren't in the room and didn't appreciate a stranger in our room with our personal belongings. The fire alarm also went off twice during our stay, both times a false alarm. We will not be choosing Sonder again in the future.
