Accurate but....

The listing was accurate. The location is great for midtown commute. Communication was good. Only had 2 issues: first day had to take a cold shower. Communicated with host and had to do self service to flip switches in the breaker box. Second issue was ants in the second bathroom and kitchen area. This issue wasn't resolved prior to departure.
