Condo was fsirly clean. Drawers in kitchen had not been wioed out for quite a long time.Multiple drawers and cupboards had screws, paint buckets and work supplies .Could not get TVs to work. Reached out to owner who gave suggestions but still unable to use them. He was very kind and responded promptly.

Great property, great location

Great place for relaxing at the beach! From owner to office staff to security, all were helpful, available and courteous. We didn’t use the pools, but the “extras” (pools, ball courts, mini golf, and playground) make this a great location for kids. Looking forward to returning with family!

Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first trip to Atlantic Beach as a family and we loved it. Our 2.5yo couldn’t get enough of the water slide and the overall experience was incredibly enjoyable. The biggest perk for us was the proximity of our unit to the elevator/pool/boardwalk beach access. Wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back!

Worth it!

The amenities are wonderful!! We really enjoyed the view and location gave us quick access to the stairs, elevator, pool and beach. The unit does need alittle TLC but offers plenty of space and storage. The washer and dryer were helpful however VERY LOUD. The kids and I would buy this place if my husband let me.
