This gem of a beach house is one row back from the ocean and just steps to the sand. We have virtual tour available on this page so you can "walk" it through!

4 bedrooms (K, Q/T, K, K) and 4 full bathrooms = everyone is happy. Sleeps 9 plus toddler bed plus pack n play, so really sleeps 11 including tots.

Beach time:
Grab one of our 10 beach chairs, a towel, and whatever beverages will keep you cool, and venture one block down to your walkway to the ocean. After your day of paradise, wash your sand off and exhale in our zen-like outside shower stall. Nothing more relaxing.

Walk less than 2 blocks away to the Hang 10 Donut shop (coffee is delicious too), Bahia, Crabs Claw, or the Idle Hour Beer Garden, or even Sunset Slush Ice cream parlour for life changing dining experiences. You won't need to drive anywhere, it's all two blocks away.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location was perfect! Beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Elevator was handy with move in/out and groceries. The garage was nice to have during a coastal storm. Bedroom and bathroom layout allowed each family member to have their own private space. The living room and kitchen on the lofted top floor was a wonderful space to spend time together as a family.

I traveled with 3 other adults for a short work trip. The house was perfect as we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was super close to the beach with easy access although we didnt get to enjoy that part as much as we would have liked. Would recommend for a group of couples or family as well.

Great house for my group of friends for a long weekend! The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked with everything you need. Providing beach towels and plenty of beach chairs was amazing as well. We had a wonderful time in this beach condo. We brought our adult children and we each had our own floor. We also had visiting friends with their yr. old grand daughter. The toddler bed came in handy for a couple nights. We cooked meals together in the nice kitchen and watched the ocean from the balcony often, as well as walked to the beach everyday.
