The first floor features a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with a Keurig, toaster, dishwasher, full-size oven, and refrigerator with attached ice maker. Step outside onto the expansive deck just off the kitchen to take in beautiful ocean views—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Three of the six bedrooms, along with a full bathroom, are located on the first floor for easy access. Upstairs, you'll find an additional sitting area, a second refrigerator for extra storage, three more bedrooms, and another full bathroom.

For your convenience, the home also includes an interior washer and dryer, making extended stays a breeze. (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
