*Parking available on site for 2 vehicles - no boat or trailer parking
*Unit is located on the first floor with stairs required for access. No elevators in complex
*The association has a strict NO PET policy for guests. NO EXCEPTIONS
*No smoking or vaping in the unit.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and Seaspray amenities.

Other things to note
Seaspray is an oceanfront complex with a swimming pool and children's pool. Charcoal grills are available.
