I feel lucky to have found this rental in Atlantic beach. It was perfect! Right across the street from the beach. It was super clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. We enjoyed all meals out in the porch with views of the ocean, walked across the street to the beach every day, and the beds were comfortable!

The property is outstanding! The location is great, the beach is steps away with ocean views on the porch, and the decor is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice-- it is even cuter in person. We had a absolutely fantastic time. The house is really clean and in a wonderful location. Had a little hiccup when we first got there and the owners were incredibly gracious and accommodating-- fixed the issue super quickly. Would love to stay there again!

Amazing weekend with lots of room and great location

I give this property all fives. We loved the spaciousness, the proximity to the beach, the kitchen that was fully loaded with everything we needed to cook, and the comfortableness of the beds and pillows. The only caveat would be the very noisy renters one level above us that kept us awake at all hours.

This is the perfect property for a family beach trip. The short dune path is right across the street. The house was spotless and well stocked. There was a hose for washing feet right by the door and one downstairs for beach chairs and toys. Restaurants and groceries aren't far away. We would stay here again.

The property is great. It’s steps away from the beach. The view is good. Close proximity to lots of choices for dining out.
