Atlantic Breeze North is the perfect place to get away and enjoy the ocean. Newly renovated and fully stocked, this cute little space has everything you may need!

The Upstairs Space in the Duplex.

- 2nd Street - 2 minute walk to the beach
- Provided beach cart, beach chairs, and sand toys.
- Two designated parking spots are included.

Enjoy the sound of waves crashing on the deck while you grill out with friends or family. Centrally located to many delicious restaurants and shops.

- Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath space is fully stocked.

- Large front porch with adirondack and lounge chairs

- Full kitchen including a coffee pot, french press, pots/pans, & dishes.

- Well stocked with appliances (full size fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer)

- Living area includes a 55 inch flat screen Roku TV (Netflix & Disney+ included). Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services provided

- Queen Mattresses (highly rated memory foam mattress), extra blanket, and a box fan available in each room

- Smart Plugs and Lamps in bedrooms

- Roku Smart TV within each bedroom

- High-speed WiFi

- Pet friendly for friendly pets! Non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies. Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is (normally) 2 dogs; no other animals permitted. Please review the house rules for our full pet policy.

- We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

- Pac N Play and High Chair provided, if needed!

- Inviting Work Space within one bedroom if you have to work a little before you can have some fun!

- Reserved driveway parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the space

- The entire top unit is yours!

Perfect weekend stay

Great property at a great location. The hosts are extremely responsive and have the property well stocked. The circle is a 5 minute walk and there is beach access less than a minute away. Definitely recommend!

Perfect little getaway

The house was as described- clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Also, these beds were some of the most comfortable rental beds I’ve slept on. The neighbors were nice and LOVED the location. The closest boardwalks to the beach were closed due to renovations, but everything is so close it wasn’t a big deal. Owners were very responsive and nice and very thankful for the use of beach chairs.

Pleasant vacation

Visited in April 2025...house was very clean and supplied as described on listing. Location is great- walkable to restaurants, beach, and mapped out paths with mileage documented in increments of 2-3 miles; the beach walkways will be brand new for anyone staying after us as they were under construction after a storm washed them away. Kellie the owner responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Awesome little getaway!

Owners were fabulous and attentive. Very clean and organized and had everything we needed. Within short walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk area. Very comfortable beds! Can’t say enough about how well our visit was.

Great small family vacation house

We had a wonderful time staying in the upstairs section of the house. The 2 bedrooms was the perfect setup for our family of 3 and our dog. The house was clean and we felt at home and safe. The convenient location of the house to the beach was perfect to walk back and take our dog for quick walk and head back to the beach in a matter of minutes. We were able to prepare breakfast and suppers in the kitchen and relax in the living room in the afternoons with plenty of space. The porch outside was nice to sit on and hear the ocean waves. There was another family with 2 kids staying below us and we did not hear them sharing our stay. The backyard was spacious enough for our dog to do his business.

The Getaway Break

We had a wonderful time. The property is excellent Very clean. We had no issues at all. Our dog love the property. The location is perfect for all kinds of things that you would like to do. Cute property that met our needs. The full sized kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, and grill accessories. The mattress was soft. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the top deck with us, and we appreciated the pullout “gate” at the top of the stairs so he could remain off leash. Hosts were great communicators!

3 night mini vacation

My intention was to go sky diving the day I checked in, but the weather wasn’t having it. This is why I chose the location initially, but I was not disappointed. The house is beautiful and the deck is a perfect spot to hang out, watch the sunset, grill, whatever. Short walk to the beach- it is a little challenging when you get there if you have mobility issues although there may be another option. It was more important to me to just get to the beach lol. Not a TON of walkable bars, but enough. It’s quiet at night and felt safe. Hosts were phenomenal- easy check in, communicative but not overbearing, and probably the easiest check out list of a place I have ever rented on VRBO or AB&B.

Could be better

Kitchen needs to be stocked better. Not a single glass to drink out of (all plastic). No blender, too small of fry pans. Layout is best for a very small family, maybe with one child. Pools are nice but NOT heated (which we were told) so during a busy Memorial weekend the pools stayed empty due to being too cold.

Perfect weekend getaway

My brother and I stayed here for a weekend fishing tournament. It was convenient to everything and the perfect set up for us! The hosts were especially cordial and communicated with us from the booking all the way through to our last day. We loved it & would definitely stay there again if they’ll have us! 😉
