CONDO: This home is one of two condos on the property. The property contains one additional condo unit which is directly above ours. None of the parking, entrances, spaces or amenities are shared between the units.
TV`s: All of our Tv`s are Smart Tv`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
PARKING: Parking is in the left driveway space and fits one car. Street parking is also available.
STAIRS; There are about 6 steps leading up to the front door, then 4 interior steps from the living room to access all of the bedrooms.
Attached Home: This home is a single family attached home. This means our home is attached to our upstairs neighbors home. Neither of the two homes share any entrances, spaces, or amenities.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, youâll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. - Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. - No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. - No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. - No Candles, wax or open flames. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
