This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on a quiet tree lined street in the most desirable section of Ocean City, the Gold Coast. Just 1.5 blocks from the beautiful 18th Street beach and boardwalk, this home is also located within walking distance from other amenities such as the Community Center, Library, basketball, pickleball, tennis, and fine eateries. This 2nd floor home has a large covered deck off the front that brings in the cool ocean breeze and is perfect for relaxing and hosting your friends and family. There is a small deck off the back of the house that can be used for gathering beach items. The main living space, newly renovated, has a 65" TV and open floor plan allowing for activities and gatherings. The kitchen has new appliances (except the refrigerator though it is in great working condition) and lighting. There is one assigned parking space in the back of the house as well as a hose rinsing station, and free street parking out front. With 3 bedrooms, this house can comfortably accommodate 9 people. Front bedroom has a queen bed and 42" TV, middle bedroom has twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle in addition to a separate twin, and master has a queen bed with 50" TV, separate bathroom and access to the back deck. Awesome weekend in a great property!

My family enjoys Ocean City each summer and our stay in Dave’s condo this past weekend did not disappoint! It was our first time staying in the higher streets and this location was awesome! Very short walk to the beach each day, an enjoyable and very manageable walk to the heart of the boardwalk each night (even with a 3 year old and 5 year old in tow) and the layout of the condo was perfect. My boys were excited to each have their own room and didn’t want to leave at the end of our trip. Very welcoming, spacious and tastefully decorated and not to mention a perfect 2nd floor front deck to enjoy morning coffee on a quieter, family oriented street. Dave was very hospitable and super communicative from booking to checkout. Highly recommend and hope to enjoy again ourselves in the future!

Great place in ocean city

It’s my family’s third summer in OCNJ. The house was very nice, and it’s a very quick walk to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the start of the commercialized section of the boardwalk, so keep that in mind. It worked great for us to balance the beach and boardwalk.

Convenient and cozy

It was a very comfortable and well equipped home. It was our first time back in about ten years. Great to eat at Uncle Bill’s pancake house. Got to wonderland peer before it permanently closes. Most important we got our fudge kitchen fudge and shrivers salt water taffies. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay for family of 5

Beautiful and comfortable home. We were very comfortable and so at home in this home. We were long time day trippers to OC but this was our first stay. We are now super in love with Ocean City and can’t wait to come back. Specifically regarding David’s home, the beds were very comfortable, it was very clean and had all amenities you could want. The porch was divine and it was amazing that the cool ocean breeze reached the 2nd floor porch. We spent many happy hours out there! Thank you to the owners for offering up their wonderful home!

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was a short walk to the beach so everyone could easily come and go. The house, beach and town were all very clean and beautiful. It was a great relaxing atmosphere, especially on the front deck. The boardwalk and restaurants were all minutes away. I would definitely come back.
