This unit, a 1st floor studio with keyless entry -- one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized futon, galley style kitchen, dining area, and living space -- sleeps 4. Parking for small/medium-sized vehicle. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Pool opens Memorial Day (subject to change). Card-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. This is my second booking at this rental. Owner is very good at communication. The unit is very clean, includes everything needed for a stay, and has a convenient location to the boardwalk. Other residents are very friendly. I would recommend it to friends.

Although we never met our host, everything was in order except for the coffeemaker, which would not pierce the keurig cup and therefore only water came out. The bed was comfortable and the location was very good.

Great Spot!

This was a great spot to stay-- close to the boardwalk and beach, and we didn't need to move the car until we left. The property and amenities were exactly as described, and communication and the check-in process were simple and straightforward.

Room was clean. Small place but had everything we needed. If you are mainly showering and sleeping in room like I did because I was spending most of my time out as many do on vacation it works just fine. Also, my wife also left something behind and owner was good with communication about it and let us pop back in on following day to pick it up.
