First floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Washer and dryer also. Second floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. You will appreciate the convenience of two decks, one at the front of the condo and one in the back of the condo. These outdoor spaces provide a pleasant spot for your morning coffee or pleasant relaxation. This condo is a beach lovers dream within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Margate's vibrant atmosphere is right at your doorstep (2 blocks away). Property is situated on a corner lot, on a nice, quiet, cozy street. NO PETS!!
