This unit has a cute front porch sitting area along with a court yard and one designated off street parking spot. Within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants in town: Steve & Cookies, Tomatoes, Sofia's, South End Pizza, Dairy Bar and Maynards just to name a few. Easy walk to historical Lucy the Elephant. The unit has a full kitchen with new range, internet, AC and washer/dryer with plenty of closet space. This is a 6 month seasonal rental from March 6, 2022 to September 6, 2022. Total rental cost is $16,000 plus electric for this season.
