Communication was okay. Had a hard time connecting to the WiFi networks. What was provided did not show up. A few outlets did not work by kitchen area and master room. Light in master room did not work.

Quick AC Stay with Kids

The CozySuites condo was big, clean and comfortable! I don't like a lot of clutter and it was spare but had everything necessary. The communication with the CozySuites team was excellent - they were so responsive and answered all my questions. The one issue had to do with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms (we had 3 with full showers for a 2 BR Condo!). The bathrooms are dated - fixtures all from the Showboat days, and on one day there wasn't enough pressure to keep the shower on in one of the bathrooms. The others seemed fine and it wasn't like that the entire stay. So - 5 stars for the condo and CozySuites, but the Showboat property is old and so is the plumbing. It didn't impact us much but it's worth sharing.
