This second floor unit located at Dolphin Court Condominiums is perfect for a couple or family with 1 or 2 small children, and has all the essentials for your beach vacation. The living/dining area has a full size futon, flat screen tv, small dining table for two and an efficiency kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and 2 burner stove top. In the bedroom you will find a full bed, flat screen tv and tall wardrobe cabinet. Through the bedroom is the full bath.
There is a coin operated laundry facility for the condo, 2 beach chairs in the storage room labeled "Duffy" below the unit, and an outdoor open shower.
No Pets
Linens and towels not included.
Minimum age requirement is 25.
Guests are required to provide id and sign a lease agreement.
Other Things to Note:
This unit comes with 1 parking spot (off street). There is a private storage room below the unit with 2 beach chairs marked with the name Duffy.
