This house also features a newly renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steal appliances and all necessary cookware and tableware. There is a large dining table that seats 8 as well as the kitchen peninsula that seats 4. Next to the kitchen you will find a powder room and large pantry closet. Then you step right outside onto the large covered balcony. Lovely spot to enjoy the sunset, read a book and people watch.
Upstairs you will find a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Then a large bathroom with a shower tub combo. This floor also has 2 bedrooms. First room with a full size bed and second bedroom is a queen bed. Up the next flight of stairs you will find two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full size and twin size bed. Walk through that room to the fourth bedroom. This bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. The separation of bedrooms makes this home perfect for multiple families. The main floor and all bedrooms have window air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Renters must provide their own bed paper supplies. We provide all linens and towels. There are pillows on the beds with protective covers that are sanitized after each use.
Outside there is a driveway with space for two cars. Then around back there is a large outside shower and storage area.
We provide 10 beach tags along with a few small beach chairs and a bbq grill.
