LAYOUT -
The 1st floor ground level has the indoor pool, hot tub, fireplace, laundry, 2 BRs w/ 1 queen bed in each & 2 full bathrooms. There is a back sliding door that goes to the back patio and another side door that guests can come in and out of. The 2nd level is the main level and it has the kitchen, living room, a full bathroom and overlooks the pool on the 1st floor. The 3rd floor has 3 BRs. The master has 2 queens with access to the outdoor deck, the 2nd upstairs bedroom also has 2 queen size beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single twin beds. The 3rd floor also has an outdoor living room & fireplace, wet bar, & outdoor seating...from there you go up to the 4th level deck which is a sun deck w/ chairs w/the most amazing views of the beach, ocean, and the Atlantic City skyline.

PARKING - Street parking is free - please read the signs. It is a one way street. Police will ticket you if you are parked on the wrong side.

HOUSE RULES - you must sign a rental contract before coming. Host will send you the contract by email.

1. No parties. If it is found advertised on social media that there is a party, footage from outdoor cameras showing more than 14 people coming into the home, people counting system reporting more than 14 people, or police reporting a party $1,000 will be taken from the security deposit and you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no re-imbursement for the stay. We have a 0 tolerance policy for any type of party.

2. 14 guests are permitted into the listing per booking.

3. If using outdoor decks past 9PM limit all noise to normal speaking level. Houses are close together in Brigantine and neighbors will complain if there is anything above normal speaking levels at night time. Please respect our neighborhood and treat it as your own.

4. There is one thermostat per floor and they are all locked. Please do not tamper with them. Message host if you would like the temperatures changed. The house is between 69-73 degrees during summer months.

5 outdoor cameras - At the front door, the side door, backyard, and two on the outdoor decks.

All devices are running 24/7. If any of these devices capture you or your fellow guests breaking house rules, you will be subject to the fines in the rental agreement that must be signed. If there is content captured showing disobedience of the rules listed below, it will be sent in to the site you booked the reservation on holding you accountable and holding you to fines. You also may be asked to leave the property with no refund in certain circumstances. Like mentioned, recording devices are meant for the sole purpose of keeping the house, neighborhood, and guests safe.
