Gorgeous sun sets every night on the awesome deck!!!! This beautiful house is situated directly across the street from the wildlife refuge and OC bike trail. This luxury newer construction 2nd floor property has 5 Bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and all the amenities that will make cooking a pleasure in this kitchen. There is also a rooftop deck for dining and lounging.
This spacious home will be your new home away from home. You're going to love it here. We offer 8 Beach tags (all adults and children 12+ need beach tags June 1-Labor day), 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella & a beach cart to enjoy the long days sunning on the beach.

There are 5 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own master bath.
Bedroom #2 is a junior ensuite with a queen bed and its own bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed
Bedroom #4 has 2 sets of bunk beds ( 4 twins)
Bedroom #5 - 1 set of bunk beds & 1 Twin

Five bedrooms, multiple bathrooms this place exceeded our expectations. The kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters made cooking something I actually looked forward to. Cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors gave it that spacious, luxury-vacay vibe, while the sky deck offered unforgettable sunsets. Bonus: an outdoor shower and private entrance—little details that showed someone really cared. Quiet street, beach just blocks away, and easy boardwalk access
 this rental nailed it. Clean, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful home on the Gold Coast

Outstanding home located on the Gold Coast. We had a wonderful time! Clean, well stocked and well furnished home. The porch overlooking the sanctuary is perfect for morning or afternoon book reading time. We will definitely be back!

The property was very clean and had a nice setup for multiple families. The porch was large with a lot of comfortable seating. The kitchen was spacious and new with all cooking utensils needed.

Great beach rental!

We loved this rental house! Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, amazing clean home with tons of space! Would definitely recommend and return! My only negative was that there was construction next door, but it didn’t end up bothering us much at all. It looked like the construction should be completed soon.

Amazing Rental

This top floor unit is beautiful and stocked with everything you need for a week long beach stay. Short walk to the beach and beautiful location. We enjoyed nights in the deck looking over the wildlife preserve! Short ride to the boards. The owner was extremely responsive in answering all of our questions. We can’t wait to book again. The kids (and grown ups) were so sad to leave when our week was over!

We had an excellent week at this house. Clean, great views, nice amenities. Loved that they gave you Beach tags and beach chairs. Not too far from the beach. About a 4/5 block walk. A little far to walk to the boardwalk. Only negative is that the second master bedroom/en-suite said it was a queen size bed and it was not. It seemed to be a full. Too small for my husband and I and the king bed didn’t have a bathroom. Those beds should be reversed.
