With ten state-of-the-art flat-screen TVs, including 3 OLEDs, and generous seating and dining areas, it comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests (recommended for 14 adults). For larger groups, we offer 2 queen-size air mattresses for added flexibility.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to cover any damages or violations of house rules. Excess cleaning and missing beach badges may result in deductions. For your peace of mind, security cameras are installed at entry and exit points.
