This was a very nice accommodation beach house. Well decorated and stocked with everything you will need to go to the beach with beach chairs , cart , outdoor seating to look towards the beach as well as a beautiful deck on the back to view the wet lands and watch the sunset. I would recommend this to all families with little ones because there is enough beds to accommodate most families. Only negative for me is the steps because of a bad knee. But other than that if you are not challenged with bad knees or back it is a must for you when you visit Ocean City.

Lovely upper unit with partial ocean view out the front and expansive bay view in the back. Exceptionally cleaned by a professional service prior to our arrival - even the remotes were in sealed pouches. Well furnished with plenty of dresser drawer space and closet space and hangers (I don't like to live out of my suitcase). Ample seating on both front and back patios for reading or dining. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils for our family of four to eat a couple meals before having to run the dishwasher. We don't usually cook more than breakfast at home when we travel, so the couple pots, colander, and large sauté pan worked fine for our needs. Having never been to the Jersey Shore before, we were unfamiliar with "beach tags" and were pleasantly surprised they were included with our rental. The property is not in walking distance to the boardwalk, but we didn't have trouble with parking in town. Friendly downstairs neighbor gave us tips about restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again.
