The only thing I disliked was the fact they did not have bedside lamps. Either had to turn on the overhead bright lights or you were in the dark, but otherwise it was really nice.

A guy standing on a12 ladder trying to pressure wash the building, he was lucky but they should have rented a JLG and that job would have been safer. I have a picture with him in action. Also water pressure in the shower was insufficient, and cleaning rooms every other day. They should make customers aware that they only clean rooms every other day. And breakfast, if you're not there early(when they put it out) it's gone! I got down there at 745am, still didn't get anything.
