The north-facing deck captures all-day sun — ideal for lazy breakfasts or an evening glass of local wine — while the sheltered back deck and garden feature a cozy outdoor fireplace for cooler nights under the stars.



Inside, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home. The property offers three well-appointed bedrooms, each with blackout curtains and plush bedding for a restful sleep. The luxe bathroom includes a double shower and vanity, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.



Enjoy subtle sea views on the horizon and the peaceful sounds of the island around you. You’re just a 10-minute walk to the Palm Beach Store and beach, with easy access to bus routes connecting you to the ferry terminal and Waiheke’s renowned vineyards.
