Summary:
Sophisticated and modern ... Double Bays Beauty is a truly exceptional holiday home located in the Sandy Bay enclave. Metres from picturesque Enclosure Bay and idyllic Sandy Bay and positioned for optimal enjoyment, this is a residence in which you can truly relax in style.

The Space:
This luxury holiday home is appointed with wonderful amenities and beautifully laid out for effortless indoor/outdoor living, including fully covered entertaining areas on both north east & west sides. An outdoor fireplace invites relaxation at the end of a busy day enjoying all that beautiful Waiheke has to offer. The wonderful chef’s kitchen leads to the dining areas, both indoors and outdoors, whilst the chic sitting area is furnished with luxurious seating with flat screen and yet another fantastic fireplace. There is a master room with king bed and a queen bedroom on the upper level, both with ensuite bathrooms, leading to the outdoors, whilst the downstairs bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a king single over a queen bunk) have the easiest access to the entertainment space. (fully equipped with the “toys”; including a pool table, darts, arcade games, foosball and table tennis table!).

Kayaks and boogie boards are supplied to keep you happy at the beach - essential being in such close proximity to the child safe beaches. Not to mention the spa pool which will ease the aches that such leisure activities will bestow!

Unlimited WiFi, surround sound TV and bluetooth speaker tops off this sublime holiday oasis. You really will leave here with that euphoric feeling.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - master suite with king bed and walk-in wardrobe, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - queen bed, Bedroom 4 - king single over queen bunk bed.

Please note: Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Bookings require a $1000 cash bond.

The external camera by the front door is in operation.

Great extended family venue

8 of us - adult kids and partners and my elderly parents all had a lovely time in this spacious and comfortable home The kitchen set up is fabulous for a number of people using it at once with the extra sink in the other workspace The dining living area with the wonderful feature fireplace was a wonderful focal point Table tennis and pool table downstairs gave us lots of fun when We got back from ventures around the island

Perfect

Amazing property exactly as described. The property management team was responsive with great communication, especially at the end of our stay with cyclone Gabrielle. The property was like staying at a hotel with lovely clean linens, toiletries provided, and with a games room. BBQ, kayaks, jacuzzi, lovely lower sitting room with books and toys. Wonderful location with swimming at both bays within 2 to 3 minutes walk. Walks along the cliff and the local reserve helped to keep the pounds off. We were having a family get together and it was very memorable just as we hoped. Perfect location at an amazing property. Thank you for having us.

Excellent stay

We had a lovely time at this excellent holiday home. It is well-appointed, and the games room was especially great because the weather was not perfect (summer 2023). Lots of space for three different couples to stay comfortably, and great shared areas. Highly recommend. Thank you very much!

Wet and Windy

We had a wonderful time and despite the horrendous weather were able to keep occupied with all the games ( pool table, table tennis soccer, video games machine ). The 2 very pretty beaches were only a short walk away but unfortunately we were advised not to swim. However we had a large spa which was made great use of. A wonderful celebrating my 80th birthday. Thank you.

Just perfect

Perfect for our group of 8 adults having a child-free relaxing weekend. We were there in May so we did a couple of trips (we had our own car) around the island but the weather wasn't great so we spent most of our time at the house, using the games room and spa. Very well equipped house and plenty of room for 8 adults to hang out without feeling squished in. Beds were so comfy, house was warm and had everything you need (plus more!)

Big house great location

Nice big house with multiple decks for any time of day and good airflow inside. Great location between the two little bays and close to Oneroa. Would definitely stay here again.
