Cutlery and crockery dirty-had to wash before using. One frying pan and one spatula were the only cooking items. Booked highest priced room which was spacious. However, pictures showed shower stall with door but we were allocated an accessible room (not requested) with short shower curtain and bathroom floor flooded on use of shower. No storage or any hanging facilities in bathroom. Carpet up to sink and fridge was damp and not clean. Footstep noise from unit above was annoying.

This property was walkable from the showgrounds, and the room was spacious and clean. I was disappointed in the check in not having a front desk, and not getting a receipt hard copy at the end of my stay and waiting for an emailed copy. Ok for personal bookings but not great for business trips.

The room is very spacious. We booked for two nights (Saturday and Sunday). First morning (i.e. Sunday) the breakfast was without hot food item. The second morning (i.e. Monday) we got hot food items like scrambled egg, mushroom, hashbrown, etc. So it sounds like the cook is working only on weekday?

All and all our stay was good. Great value for money. Three things that they lacked that would have made our stay better: NO face clothes and no Welcome folder like one would get at most every motel or hotel you stay at. Restaurant guide, info about services at the motel. The last one was a mirror in the main room.

No elevator .we stayed upstairs and n assistance was offered to carry our luggage. I am 71 years old. Room was too hot. We couldn't get the temperature reduced. Staff should come to the room with us and made sure everything was ok . We couldn't find our room initially. I wont be staying there again. Price was cheap though.
