We were aware that there was no reception at the hotel but we're not expecting telephone support who directed us to the wrong building, directed us to the wrong parking, an emergency number which went direct to voicemail. After the fourth conversation with incorrect information the main number stopped accepting calls. The emergency number eventually called me back but also had no idea of the actual arrangement
Saved by a security guard not related to the booking service. Key's were in an unlocked box in a third building with an unsecured front door and three sets of keys in the same open box.
Apartment was nice well located and well equipped but for the Internet, the modem worked but had no Internet access
Promised follow up from the phone support never eventuated
