Communication needs to be focus

Beautiful place to stay but a lot of stress prior to arrival. Communication was spasmodic and inconsistent. Disappointed that I couldn’t contact the owner. Other accommodation providers provides the owner’s mobile numbers for contact but there was nothing with this ‘home away’ provider. We were travelling over Easter period and still heard nothing the day before from owner. She said she hadn’t received emails- but I had received her emails and responded but nothing :surely one would try to contact the people who are visiting: however this may be a fault of website set up as it is not user-friendly..., I wouldn’t use this website to book accommodation again.
