Perfect place to stay in Auckland post cruise. The staff was great. Everyone bent over backyards to make sure we had everything we needed.

There was a laundry room available to guests. 2 washers/2 dryers (free), detergent available from the front desk ($4.00). Very convenient for guests who have been traveling for a month. My only complaint would be that there was very limited drawer space for clothes.

Great Hotel in a Great Location

We got off a cruise ship and walked to the M Social. One of our rooms (our party had two rooms) was ready early - which was great. We were able to put all our suitcases in it. At 3, the second room was available. We walked around the area. Later we had a complimentary cocktail at the bar. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Overall, the property was great. We were on the top floor facing the harbor so had a great view.Staff was friendly. Location was great. We walked from the cruise ship along the pier with our luggage, crossed the street and were at the hotel.

Fabulous location

Staff was very helpful. We got to check in early. The valet service was prompt. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The location was amazing. The room had a great view of the water. We walked everywhere except driving to the Auckland War Memorial Museum.
