We upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful. Great view, two 55” tvs, and all the amenities we could ask for. Also loved the comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the shower. And the location was perfect. Near so many good restaurants and a short walk to the Silverseas ship we are now on.

Staff were welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and present. Our room was spotless, well appointed, spacious and had an excellent harbour view. The breakfast was really well done. A buffet that was replenished often with good, fresh food. Was handy to be able to do laundry in between travel weeks.

Very nice hotel in a great location for a visit to Auckland or the local islands. The ferry terminal is right across the street, and all of the CBD is within a few minutes walk. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and all have huge windows with harbour views. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. This was our first M Social hotel stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book another. No complaints at all.
