Worst night ever mattress was soft as hell.someone was upstairs walking around until 11.30 pm. I was told about $150 bond after i booked not before so i really did not have a choice. Spa crapped out at about 26 do not really know as panel was not working

Pigeon hole with thin wall.

I booked to pay total cost of accommodation at property. Shocking to receive email from Sandra threatening to cancel my reservation - email copy attached. The hotel reservation personnel was charging my credit card but failed. Insisted it will be canceled if I don’t provide my credit card to be charged. She told me that pay at property was between Hotel.com and customer, not between Mt Richmond Hotel and Hotels.com. She only knew after receiving the booking confirmation from Hotels.com and it’s not their policy. If there’s any misunderstanding or communication problems between Mt Richmond Hotel and Hotels.com, why is customer threatened or penalized? The room is so very small and bare. Can even put and open a suitcase and no place in bathroom to put toothbrush etc. The wall between is like hollow and we were hearing talking and noises next room in the middle of the night doing their stuff with bed squeaking and heavy breathing. No more stay for me here.
