The unit looks nice at first glance and the bedding was comfortable. Eduardo’s communication before and during the stay was good, and a spare set of keys was provided. Unfortunately, the apartment was very poorly equipped for an extended stay.There were no printed instructions/rules/guides, tissues, paper towels, washcloths, extra trash bags, bathroom wastebaskets, or sufficient towel hooks. Only one trash can was provided, located in the kitchen and in poor condition. Kitchen basics were missing (no salad bowl, colander, or basic prep items), and toiletries were incomplete (no conditioner). Several outlets did not work, including none in the bathrooms despite hair dryers being provided.Building access, parking signage and entry directions were confusing. The listed building, unit number and floor did not match what was provided. The apartment is directly next to a train station and was very noisy. There is no AC; windows were left open but had no screens. A strong barn/cattle odor was present throughout the stay.Overall, this property needs significant improvements to meet typical VRBO expectations.
