This was one of my favorite hotels. Close walking to the ferry and great restaurants and shopping near by. I loved the room. It was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at the Britomart Hotel in Auckland! While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were beautifully designed, making great use of space and offering a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The service was truly outstanding—staff were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made a real difference in my experience. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a well-appointed stay with excellent service.

Extremely clean and friendly new eco hotel. Rooms designed to win awards - sleek but counter-intuitive. Ask for a tour unless you enjoy a hunt. Charging ports and toiletry supplies are perversely concealed but fine once you find them. Light controls require an advances degree. We’ve stayed twice and enjoyed both once we figured things out. Frankly the harbor view rooms aren’t worth it IMO - quieter on the inside, smaller bathrooms are brighter than the chic but cave-like bathrooms in the ocean facing rooms (somewhat obstructed views to the working port in any event). Included breakfast nice and worth it. Many nearby restaurants/shops in immediate area and very convenient to the ferry if you’re vacationing on Waiheke Island. Staff is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful.

Our room was terrible. Both of our rooms windows were feet away from other building, an office desk faced our room and there was zero privacy. It was like being in a cave. For that price, I’d never stay there again.

I loved the property, where it was, staff was fantastic. Dislike, rooms were quite small such that my husband couldn’t move out of his side of the bed if I had the closet or coffee strongly doors open.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, great location and very eco friendly. The room was a bit compact, but had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated all their efforts to be eco conscious. Also had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Highly recommend this 5 star hotel.

Very nice, great location

Overall enjoyed our stay. Great staff and location. Room was very small though. Not even space for us to unpack - lack of drawers? Difficult for two people to exist in. Could hear everything going on in the hallway every morning. Comfortable bed, big shower. Nice restaurant & really enjoyed the Libraries.

Exceptional location. A 5-min walt from cruise terminal (you really don't need a taxi...you can see hotel from ship). Staff were superb, very accomodating indeed. The shops, concert arena, boat terminals etc are within easy walking. A few VERY SMALL changes we would make...but NOTHING that would stip is from ever stayi g here or highly recommending it. We would add to each room a 'magnifying mirror' - as this would help those who want to do make-up, shave etc. Also for some strange reason they tend to vacuum the corridors again at about 9pm. This is a little strange especially for anyone wanting an early night due to an early start the next day. Regardless of this, we really loved this hotel.
