The area offers plenty to keep everyone entertained, with a tennis court, pickleball court, and pétanque nearby, as well as easy access to the island’s vineyards, cafés, and walking distance to the Omiha Memorial Hall for a weekend coffee, plus scenic walking trails. It is an ideal spot for families wanting both relaxation and activity, all within a tranquil bayside setting.
Designed with families in mind, Vista Mar combines comfort and convenience in a relaxed island style. The home features two well-appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered indoor-outdoor fireplace perfect for gathering together in every season. Large windows and outdoor living spaces, including a balcony and patio, invite guests to soak up sweeping sea views while enjoying a meal on the BBQ or simply relaxing in the fresh coastal air. Modern touches such as wireless fibre internet, stereo, heatpump, and a dishwasher make your stay seamless, while the warm, welcoming atmosphere ensures you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Pets are welcome on request, making this a truly family-friendly retreat where lasting holiday memories can be made.

Things to note:
Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed; Bedroom 2 - bunk bed

Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Pets can be accommodated on request.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, scenic coastal walkways, and world-class vineyards and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island.

Other Things to Note:
TV with Netflix is available, but guests must have own Netflix log-in.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
