We were going to an event in the Civic Center so your location was perfect that we could walk to the event. In the morning with 2 little ones to get ready I went down to the breakfast and the woman was extremely helpful and provided me with a tray to bring back breakfast to the room - very pleasant.

The room was neat and clean, lighting was good for the purpose I had, staff was friendly, except the person at check-out who couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone to acknowledge that I was there. I did not have the breakfast, but from what I could see, it looked fine.

The location was great. It’s an older building and it’s showing its age. The beds were awful. I don’t usually notice these things, maybe because I’m getting older??? But they were not comfortable for the 5 nights.
