Flinders View Beach House has some of the best panoramic views in Augusta...and is a 2 minute walk to wonderful swimming/fishing beach and old Flinders.

This well appointed holiday home has everything you need for your holiday, a well appointed kitchen, 2 living areas both with TV. The upstairs master King bedroom has fabulous views of the bay and ensuite, downstairs there is a Queen bedroom and two other bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The best Summer views of the sparkling bay and In winter whales playing in the bay are clearly visible from the balcony, along with views of East Augusta, Flinders Bay and the Blackwood River mouth. The beach is only 120 metres away and it is also a lovely walk to the crystal clear waters of Flinders Bay jetty. Walking is one of the joys of Augusta and the sealed footpath from the house into the town, the beach, and the delightful river foreshore is enchanting.

Whales are not the only attraction in Augusta, the local pod of dolphins are seen cruising the river and the beautiful grassed picnic area at The Colour Patch. The modern two storey house is light, spacious, comfortable and very functional.
