The front desk refuses to give me a receipt when I booked on Expedia or Hotels.com (which are the same). They tell me to get it off the Expedia site. The receipt on their sites is not itemized and not acceptable to use as an expense receipt for work.

The floor in our room was oily, just nasty, the bed was awful. The dinning room furniture was stained and dirty, just didn't feel comfortable eating there. The staff was nice and helpful.

Things were ok... Checked in late was told I didn't have reservations and once found was never told breakfast or checkout time.... Bathroom had a little mold in shower I used a towel inside shower. The rep at checkout was very nice

Great property, friendly staff, and surprisingly good breakfast! The only thing I did not like was that you pass through the dingy Red Roof Inn before getting to your hotel hidden behind it.

Would stay again

Our stay was wonderful, as were all the employees. Only complaints I have, is the sheets houskeeping brought for the sofa sleeper were for a twin bed and didn't fit. After walking across the floors a couple times white socks they became black. I undestand that happens with carpet, but not with hard surfaces. The floor needed to be cleaned thoroughly. I would definitely stay again.
