Front desk was super nice We went down to say a final good bye to my 31 old niece we got there early explained to the front desk She got us in our room so we could freshen up before we went to the hospital Her customer service is definitely 5 star

The attendees at the front desk were so kind and helpful to me. Was nice to walk in and be greeted with a smile and a cheerful attitude. I didn't get their names but i should have so I could tell you how great they were. Maybe you could figure out who it was and you could let them know how happy i was with my visit. Would’ve been OK, but

Everything was OK except for the Jacuzzi. This is probably the fifth for six times that I have visited and the Jacuzzi was either the broken not hot or jet not working. That’s pretty much the whole reason I chose this hotel please fix it.

I was disappointed to find out that their water heater for the hot tub and pool was down during my entire stay which was the only reason we booked this hotel. The male manager in the morning was very unapologetic about the situation and offer no accommodations for the inconvenience.

They left the $25 fee on my account when there was nothing wrong with the room when I left. The entire floor I stayed on smelled like insecticide products. All I did was stay there for one night and it wasn’t even the entire night. It was not worth it.
