I reserved and paid for a room with 2 beds for my son and his friend. But they got a room with 1 double bed. My son had to sleep on the floor.

Next door very noisy starting at 1:30am until 5:00am. Light outside room stayed on all night keeping room too light to sleep. Front office very friendly and informative. wish the lobby was open to sit and have coffee before leaving at 7:00Am. Smokers outside my room they should be off premises.

The shower didn’t work. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work. There were someone’s whiskers on the side of the sink.There were specks of crumbs of some sort in the bed. Only decaf available for coffee in the morning. Staff was friendly when we got there but arrived late and so there was no one to call when we realized we couldn’t shower. Not such a great experience. There was a bed and heat so we at least had that.

Good value in Farmington

The hotel was conveniently located on a main road. The room was a bit outdated but it was a very good value. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn't get to try the breakfast as we were off hiking very early. The woman at the desk when we arrived was very pleasant, efficient, and got us checked in quickly.

The room was nice, had been recently painted with newer color matching towels. Hopefully, new carpet is in the plan for next area to upgrade; our room's carpet was badly stained from use over the years. It appeared to be clean, but badly stained.

It's conveniently located off the highway, clean and small room is nice for an overnight stay for the price. I had to ask for coffee pods.
