Valet parking was awful. Although there was staff ready to park your car, 3 out of 3 times we had to get them from talking to each other and ask to have the car parked. They were standing 15 feet away. I had to interrupt there conversation each time. Always "oh i thought you were dropping someone off " Or some other reason. I stood beside my car until my wife went a nd got their atttention.

Everything was perfect. Only recommendation is for the music in the restaurant. It felt more like bar music than a nice restaurant’s music. It was quite loud and not at all background music/ambience.

Room was a bit old, couch stained, bathroom tiles and toilet falling apart but painted over. Staff doesnt answer phone, room service doesnt answer phone. Had to go to front desk after calling for 5 mins and Harvey just said oh the phone hasnt ringed but he wasn't even at the counter.

I stay in a lot of hotels in a lot of places and this one just became my clear favorite! It is a unique property in a beautiful part of the town and the staff are unbelievably amazing! From the second I arrived OUTSIDE I was immediately made to feel welcome and it continued the entire weekend. The restaurant has incredible food and every time we ate there it was top notch and such good quality. Visited the rooftop bar and it had an amazing view and the bartender was very skilled and friendly. I will absolutely be staying here if I ever visit the area again.
