Poppy Room with Shared Terrace and Garden

Domaine de la Salamandre is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, in Auriac-du-Périgord. This peaceful retreat spans 41 hectares and is committed to self-sufficiency in water, energy, and waste recycling. We are dedicated to passing on values of respect for nature, the environment, and others to future generations. The property features a greywater recycling system and solar thermal panels.



To cool off, you can enjoy a natural swimming pool based on phytopurification.



The room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for two, a small sitting area, and on the mezzanine, two 90 cm beds that can be combined into a large 180 cm bed. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate (bed linen not included). If you wish, you can rent a linen package with sheets and towels for a double bed, available for an extra fee.



The dining room welcomes you each morning for breakfast. On request, a homemade dinner can also be arranged. An outdoor kitchen is available for preparing picnics and storing your food, equipped with a refrigerator and electric cooktop. Please note: the outdoor kitchen is accessible only from May to September.



Certified organic since 2001, the estate offers farm products for sale, such as walnut oil and honey. Please note that pets are not allowed and Wi-Fi is available only on the shared terraces. Come and discover this unique place where modern comfort and respect for nature go hand in hand.
