Reservation canceled
This is on VRBO. I am not sure who is at fault. The day of my stay I emailed the host for my key code. The host called me and said my reservation was to be canceled due to AC issues. I called VRBO they said they said they were not aware. They said they called the host and it was not canceled. The host calls me and said VRBO would not let her cancel. So I’m now in Austin looking for a new place to stay. VRBO open a claim and sent me a link to find a place at places like Motel6. Seriously! Now I have to fight for a refund. I have never had this issue before but I now have a bad feeling about the host and VRBO. Please just refund me my money.
