New owners. Very friendly. They were busy getting acquainted with the place. The breakfast we anticipated was not as expected. Perhaps that may improve. The location was excellent. We wish the new owners success and hope for improvement if we choose to return.

Cozy stay in Quaint, Historic Neighborhood.
Had a wonderful stay at Brava House. Great, quiet, location very close to downtown and campus with off-street parking. Room was perfect, very clean with everything needed for a long weekend stay. Complimentary Breakfast was very good with great variety of food and coffee. Very much enjoyed talking to owners Bryan & Sherry. Will definitely return on our next visit!

The property is beautiful and located in a fabulous historic neighborhood that is very walkable with multiple coffee shops and restaurants in close proximity. The room was lovely and clean and the owners were helpful and friendly.

Great location.....strange choices.
House is in a great location, beautifully landscaped and maintained. Van Gogh room was pleasant and large, but strange choices were made, therein. Only chair in room was a great mid-century design, but highly impractical for sitting. Foam topper on bed made it uncomfortable and disappointingly soft. Bathroom sink was of odd design and took up too much room. Bring your own TP; we have had better in third world countries we visit. Hosts were very kind animal lovers!

Heaven in Austin
We loved this boutique B&B in Austin near to all the action. Robin cooked us different breakfasts every day and gave us lots of tips where to eat out and what to visit.Mary was so helpful as well and their dogs were cute! The bed was so comfy and the use of the garden was appreciated.
