There are several opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, such as hiking, biking, camping, and water sports of all kinds on the area's lakes and rivers. You'll find numerous award-winning golf courses to choose from, as well as serene botanical gardens and nature preserves where you can enjoy the local flora and fauna.



It's also know to be the "Live Music Capital of the World" and houses a large number of entertainment options and unique attractions along with hundreds of music venues. The resort is located just two short blocks from the city's infamous 6th street where there is almost 200 musical acts each night of the week. Sixth Street is distinctly Austin, Texas with its colorful and bustling array of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a sure bet for experiencing local characters and the vibrancy of the city.

The property was in an excellent location and perfect views of downtown Austin. The condo was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and all high end appliances for our use.

Well-located condo, but check-in was confused and desk help was ok but not great. Weird layout in condo meant people in second small bedroom had to use the bathroom that was down the hall and opened into the kitchen! Larger main bedroom and bathroom were fine. Great outdoor balcony and wonderful views.

This condo was perfect for a girls trip to visit Austin. It had everything we needed and more! The staff were all very friendly. The condo was super clean and comfortable. It was very close to town and had fun restaurants and bars just a few blocks down. I would definitely stay again!

Great walkable location with all the perks of a hotel!

Five of us stayed here for a girls trip. The location could not be better! Everything was walkable with lots of variety around. The room itself was spotless as was the entire building. Decor was fabulous!! Beds were incredibly comfortable! It was great to be able to order clean towels, etc. from the front desk. A very nice perk! The pool was amazing. There were always a few people around but never packed. Great space! There are a lot of people to answer questions for you on site which we found helpful for advice on Austin as we were first time visitors. We would definitely stay again!
