We booked a room with a king bed and a pullout couch for our two small children. When we opened it at 10:30pm there was a hypodermic needle in it. No extra blankets in the closet and one of the pillowcases on the bed had some crusty green stain on it, so we had to all squeeze into one bed. Just horrible for the price

The staff was rude. They put me in the wrong room. They lied about not even having double rooms. When in fact they actually do. Still charged me for a double premium. They did offer a dinner at their crappy restaurant though.

There was a ton of construction we weren’t aware of and it just looks like they never cleaned because there was a beer bottle outside a door we walked past our entire stay as well as broken glass on our second night that left visible pieces for the rest of our stay. We could’ve cut our feet if we weren’t so careful
