Welcome to this stylish 3BR/2BA home. Relaxed in cozy king/queen beds with down comforters and premium cotton beddings for a good night sleep. Enjoy the large 75" TV with Disney+. Large dining area to hang out. Enjoy breezy cool nights with an outdoor fire pit and a large backyard space.

The place is conveniently located close to downtown Austin, Zilker park and Town Lake (approx 9 mil), 13 mil to airport. Close to the famous Salt Lick BBQ, Jester King Brewery and Lady Bird Wild Flower Center.

Once entering the living room, guests will see a gorgeous West Elm blue velvet sofa with fluffy soft throw pillows. The sofa can be pulled out to form a queen-sized sleeping area. On the wall are works by a local artist in South Austin. The large 75 inch TV (complimentary Disney + & ESPN)

The dining area has plenty of room to seat up to 8 people. The kitchen has brand new appliances including fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. It is also equipped with all the cooking needs: pots, pans, utensils, salt/pepper and cooking oil/spray. Our coffee machine is K-cup compatible. Locally roasted ground coffee is provided and guests are welcome to bring their own favorite K-cups.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. All have down comforters, premium cotton beddings, luggage racks. The king bedroom has private bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet. Guests can find a white noise machine, baby monitor, pack&play and children's books and board games in the king bedroom/closet. All the photo wall art are made by the host.

Brand new washer and dryer are located in the garage area free for guests to use. Free parking outside of the house.

This is an entire home in a duplex. There are 3 steps lead to the front door. Ramp access is available from the garage.

The place is close to everything including Target and Walmart within 5 min drive. Costco, Whole Food, Sunset Valley Shopping Center and Barton Creek Mall are all nearby. NXP, AMD, Baylor S&W Oak Hill Hospital, Seton Southwest Hospital and St. David's South Hospital are also within 10 min drive.

Guest has access to the entire house including the entire garage and backyard, the only exception is a locked pantry closet where we keep all of our supplies.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to highway US-290.

Right off Highway 71 and Southwest Parkway, attached one car garage and drive way can accommodate two vehicles in tandem. Plenty of street parking as well.

The house was bright and nicely decorated as well as clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay for a couple of days. It was about 15 mins to S. Congress Street where we enjoyed shopping. Cute spot in southwest Austin

My daughter graduated on Thursday. We live in this neighborhood. I have walked my dog past this place many times and hoped I’d have a time where I could utilize it. I was able to rent it for some family and they loved it. They were very comfortable. They only wished there were some drawers to unpack a little.

Great home base for exploring

The property was a great size and seemed well equipped, although we didn’t end up using many of the amenities. The check in and out were quick and easy, the communication with the host was great, there was a surprisingly good Chinese restaurant at the end of the street, it worked well for our family.

Home away from home

Very good communication from property manager. Property was very nice and clean, all newer updated appliances, everything you need except food to cook. Good experience and as expected

Really no complaints. We were looking for an affordable place to stay and this fit the bill. Clean, responsive owners, and overall good experience. TV is hit or miss and not very reliable, but other than that, everything else was great. Location isn't the best, but that's the trade off you make for more affordable options.

Our two night stay in Austin was part of week in the Texas Hill Country. The property was very convenient to Austin and the activities we had planned. First Thanksgiving with New Born Grandson

We came and provided the full Thanksgiving meal by arranging for a local chef to deliver. This worked out just right as I suspect most rental houses don’t need baking dishes enough for this holiday. The cleanliness and everything we needed was provided for us to provide a nonstressful holiday for the new parents, from South Austin,and our daughter.
