Walking: If youâre staying near the action, you can stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars right on South Lamar.
Scooters & Bikes: Austinâs famous for its scooters and e-bikesâgrab one for a fun ride to Zilker or Lady Bird Lake.
Public Transit: CapMetro buses run along South Lamar for an easy, budget-friendly option.

**If there's any extra trash that doesnât fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**
Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

Thereâs a train line nearby that adds a bit of charm and character to the area. You may occasionally hear the train pass by, including its horn, especially during certain times of day.

We can be reached at any time via the Airbnb app, text, or phone. We want you to have a EXCELLENT stay so if there is anything we can do to help you accomplish that please donât hesitate to ask! This would be a five star except for the experience with the property manager. The property was great. On arrival Thursday we were unable to access one unit as the PM did not send that code. The first day we realized the water in unit B would not get hot and the A/C in unit B did not work. PM was notified with no response. On Friday the plumbing in both unit backed up. PM notified at noon, by that evening no response except that plumber would be there in the morning. Saturday called at 10am was told plumber would be there at 11am. At noon , 24 hours later the maintenance guy showed up and reported he had just found out about all issues. He called plumber, reported the hot water issue he had reported 3 months ago and confirmed A/C didnât work. Plumber arrived and had to call city who came out and cleared plumbing. Nothing was ever done to correct hot water or A/C issue. Left there on Feb 22 and have tried since to get fair resolution with no success
