The hotel and amenities are new and in good condition. What made it a 5-star stay was the staff. Not you're usual hotel customer service, multiple members were very warm in personality, and accommodating.

I love everything about this hotel. It was clean, well maintained almost like new everything works perfectly, comfortable beds and pillows, awesome customer service. The housekeeping lady was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good just need a little more options.

Great Stay in East Austin

Great location. Check in was easy. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. Clean room and good breakfast. The hallway on the 5th floor was a little hot for Texas summer. Paid parking is available but we had no trouble finding street parking. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again.
