The access to the hotel entrance is confusing and cutoff. Front desk can be more friendly and consistent in their messaging. I was told that food can’t be delivered to my room in a rude manner when I asked, yet my delivery person had no issues getting to my room. The property is great. It’s quiet, beautiful. Pool is well maintained. Outdoor space is well set. Overall, I would stay here again, but not call it a great experience.

Checking in and out was a breeze Lots of luggage carts available. Great room with plenty of space. Bathroom was also spacious with a nice big shower. Only suggested improvement is to get better pillows. Ours seemed too flat - maybe time to replace them.

Hotel was super quiet considering we were down the street from 6th. Lots of fun coffee shops/food trucks in the area. Location was overall pretty convenient. Didn’t love that we had to pay for parking. But you do have the option to park on the street for free. Room service cleaned our room perfectly!

Clean, fresh & great breakfast

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and fresh feeling throughout the property. Great front desk service and really impressive breakfast buffet. Pool could have used a shock (cloudy water) after a lot of kids on a Saturday, so I chose not to get in, but that is my only complaint.

I have visited Austin 5 times since 2019. This is the best hotel so far I have been to. Everything is great. Variety buffet breakfast. Good size swimming pool with plenty of reclining chairs.
