Beautifully updated and furnished with high end luxury furniture. Multiple TVS, and plenty of sleeping room for everyone! Pool, Fire pit, and 2 acres of secluded hill country!

This home is private, and is for guest use only. There are no shared spaces or shared amenities.

Great property in a fantastic location and setting!
Our family loved our weekend away in Dripping Springs. Our hosts made sure the only thing we needed to do was enjoy the home's beautiful pool and spa, as well as the amazing activities, distilleries, and breweries that are only minutes away from this great property. Our thoughtful hosts even made sure the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need, including coffee pods to help get everyone going in the morning. Thanks to our hosts for a great weekend, we hope to return sometime soon!

Fantastic!
This place was beautiful inside and out! Spa and pool set up is wonderful. Host responded promptly to issues. I’d highly recommend for a small group. (It’d be good for a larger group if you plan to spend most of your time poolside).

Great Experience!
The property was a perfect getaway for our big group of friends. There was plenty of space for parking for everyone staying. The house was super clean and had cleaning supplies (the good kind) to use throughout our stay to keep things tidy. Kitchen was fully stocked, including the coffee 😊. Pool was the perfect size with plenty of seating options. The house had great access to local distillery’s and attractions. The local food was also fantastic! Valerie was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great option ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breweries and wineries galore!
Although the location looked far from downtown we found that when we arrived this was the hot spot for breweries, wineries, and distilleries. It was like being in Fredericksburg but with much more variety in venues and places to visit. We loved deep eddy vodka about 6 mins away and treaty oak distillery! Upon arrival the house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed to stay comfortably. The pool was incredible and the seclusion of this home allowed all of us to feel like we were on our own private vacation rather than at a hotel on top of each other or in a neighborhood with neighbors peering over. Highly recommend!

Pretty place in the country side
Well equipped home that hosted a large group of women. Somehow we even had enough hot water for all of us to shower! Super clean. Would stay again but would coordinate a limo/bus/driving service. We were in during SXSW and struggled to get Ubers consistently. Backyard is magical… saw 6 buck one morning. Great hot tub as well. Thanks for everything!

Be Careful it’s a Scam!
Be careful The property was not as listed and nothing was working. Pool and hot tubs were nice in pic but not the same when we got there. When we asked for a refund the property manager asked us to leave and did not provide any refund and stole $1100 . Nobody is helping us resolve this! And looks like they have more properties where they let you book and never refund! This has happened to me twice with the same property manager!

Amazing views, beautiful property
We loved every minute of our stay. There was everything we could possibly need not to mention the decor was beautiful. What amazing views and the sparkling pool was amazing. Looking forward to staying here again would recommend 10 out of 10.
