The Space:

Hill Country Haven is thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger groups while still allowing plenty of space to spread out. Inside, the home features multiple living areas for gathering, along with a dedicated workspace for remote work or quiet time. The home is also family-friendly, offering a Pack ’n Play and high chair for guests traveling with young children. The fully equipped kitchen is built for group stays and includes a wine bar, drip coffee maker and Keurig, along with complimentary coffee, filters, non-dairy creamer, and sweeteners. Dining is designed to bring everyone together, with seating for eight at the main dining table, six at the breakfast nook, and four at the kitchen bar. Guests can also enjoy a game room with a foosball table, poker set, board games, and card games, along with five Smart TVs, including TVs in three bedrooms. The pool is not heated, and the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. Up to two dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, and the backyard is fully fenced. For safety, there is an outdoor motion sensor camera recording 24/7, and there are no cameras inside the home.
