The pool was out of order on F1 weekend, which was very disappointing considering how much we paid for the room. And the lobby smelled really bad, like carpet shampoo perhaps. The room was great and the staff was awesome.

Great Hotel! Everything was packet in the city due to F1. I travel all the time for work so I usually stay at a competitor but let me tell you I was not disappointed. Beds nice, pillows nice, showers nice, staff awesome.

Ashia is a star! You are lucky to have her. She is friendly and positive. The airport driver was also great. He had been there when I checked in and was still there when I took the shuttle at 6 am.
